I had a fantastic business trip stay here, with a spacious double room equipped with handy amenities like an electric kettle, air conditioning, and a safe, plus the attentive and efficient staff made my experience smooth and hassle-free.

We really enjoyed extensive breakfasts and good views!

Our hotel was in a nice location in the area for business meetings. We had a standard queen room and it included a safe, an iron, and an electronic key card.

many things to mention - everything was clean, gorgeous food, exceptionally good views. we ate at a great restaurant for the price i pay for dinner. the location was good, in the luohu district and within walking distance to the train station. walking distance to cafés and eateries, it was a bonus.

Facilities were clean, even so Wi-Fi was very poor.

The room was quiet, luxurious, with great amenities, a comfortable king size bed, and even included a cake.

The location is supurb near shops, restaurants and mtr. The staff were exceptionally helpful. We were upgraded and the breakfast was outstanding.

Very good location, close to centre. Luxory looking, nice fornture, very big rooms. But I couldn't sleep because bed sheets were DUMP !!!

I spent one night and it was a nightmere. Bed sheet were not dried properly. I tried to explain but seemingly to room service people but no better sheets available. Have you ever tried to sleep in a dump bed ? How is it possible that an hotel of this level cannot give basic confort ? Don't suggest to anybody to repet mu experience.

New-fashioned room, tidy complete with a great king size bed soft as wished as well as fully carpeted, really enjoyed it. Location: the hotel was near to China for five years and Shenzhen to Shantou and Chinese.

Comfortable studio suite with a cozy bed that feels like sleeping on clouds. You'll get an electronic key card for easy room access, a handy work desk to get things done, and a TV for some entertainment 🛏️. Great location slightly away from the subway station!

Very near a subway station and in a central location. Good if you want to walk around, going to restaurants and shops.
